Hear from Sophia Sambono, Associate Curator, Indigenous Australian Art, as she shares insights into the exhibition ‘Snap Blak: Contemporary Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island photography from the Collection’. The exhibition brings together examples of contemporary photography that champion Indigenous self-representation, resisting prevalent stereotypes while asserting identity, cultural continuity and belonging.
