About
When the Farscape series was unexpectedly cancelled after its fourth season, fans were left with an agonising cliffhanger. Brian Henson, who had co-produced the original series, stepped in as director to create this two-part, three-hour resolution to the epic drama. The telemovie picks up where the series ends, with John Crighton (Ben Browder), Aeryn Sun (Claudia Black), and their unborn child being reconstituted on a water planet from their crystalised form. As latent knowledge about wormholes in Crighton’s brain becomes sought after as a superweapon, the Peacekeepers and the Scarrans converge on the planet. Together, Crighton and the crew of Moya (their organic spacecraft) must rally to protect the universe from destruction and found a peaceful future for the next generation. This beloved coda to the series presents all the extraordinary puppets, prosthetics and magnificent effects of the original series.
Please note this episode contains light flickering, flashing and strong contrast between light and dark patterns.
